作为为临床一线服务的机关工作人员,其能力素质高低,体现了医院的整体管理素质和水平,因此加强机关文化建设是医院进行现代化管理的重要手段。文章提示借助机关党支部这一平台,通过参加支部组织的现代管理理论学习、“志愿者在医院”、接待礼仪等活动,有益于机关工作人员管理理念、工作作风、道德修养的培养。使机关干部的大局意识、服务意识、团结协作意识不断增强。办事程序规范,服务质量、服务水平和管理能力不断提高,互帮互助、团结协作的风气逐渐形成。对医院有效加强干部素质培养具有借鉴作用。
As a first-line service organ staff, its ability and quality level reflects the hospital’s overall management quality and level, so to strengthen the construction of the organ culture is an important means of hospital for the modernization of management.
