考虑突发事件造成市场需求及生产成本同时波动,研究了生产成本信息不对称时的单零售商单供应商组成的二级供应链应急数量弹性契约协调问题.首先验证基准状况下数量弹性契约能够实现供应链的协调.然后构建了需求及生产成本同时波动时,生产成本信息不对称的数量弹性契约模型,寻找供应链最优的决策方案.并以对称信息的数量弹性契约应急模型为参照对象,探讨了不同信息结构对于供应链应对突发事件的影响.研究结果表明:当生产成本信息不对称时,若仍然采用基准的数量弹性契约则突发事件下的无法协调供应链;虽然适当调整契约参数后,供应链的收益能够得到优化,但仍然低于对称信息时的供应链最优收益.并通过算例验证了上述结论的正确性.
Considering the simultaneous fluctuation of market demand and production cost caused by unexpected events, this paper studies the coordination problem of the emergency quantity elastic contract of two-level supply chain consisting of single-retailer single-supplier with asymmetric production cost information.First, Then the coordination of the supply chain is established.Secondly, a quantitative elastic contract model with asymmetric production cost information is constructed to find the optimal supply chain decision-making plan when the demand and production cost fluctuate at the same time.And the elastic contract emergency model as the reference object , And explored the impact of different information structures on the supply chain response to emergencies.The results show that when the production cost information is asymmetric, the supply chain can not be coordinated under emergency if the benchmark quantity elasticity contract is still adopted. After the contract parameters, the returns of the supply chain can be optimized, but still lower than the optimal returns of the supply chain when the symmetric information is obtained.An example is given to verify the correctness of the above conclusion.
