湖南长沙马王堆一、三号汉墓遣册中多见“甘羹”一物,但一直都被研究者误释作“白羹”。根据北京大学藏西汉竹书中的“甘”字,同时结合其他一些相关材料可知,所谓的“白羹”应当改释作“甘羹”。“甘羹”是指用枣、栗、饴、蜜等甘物调和而成的甜羹,是研究我国早期烹饪史的宝贵资料。
Changsha, Hunan Mawangdui No. one and three Han Tweened in the more common “Gan soup ” a thing, but has been mistaken for researchers to “white soup.” According to the words “sweet” in Peking University’s Tibetan Book of Han, together with some other related materials, the so-called “white soup” should be interpreted as “sweet soup.” Sweet soup is a sweet soup made of dates, chestnuts, raisins, honey and other sweet fruits. It is a valuable material for studying the history of early Chinese cooking.
