本文利用F矿粉置换10%525~#硅酸盐水泥,水灰比0.31~0.35,能配制抗压强度80MPa的超高强混凝土,比同条件下纯水泥混凝土强度提高10%以上。微观研究的结果表明,F矿粉能促进水泥水化反应,改善水泥石孔结构和混凝土中石子——水泥石界面结构,从而达到改善混凝土宏观力学性能的目的。
This article uses F mineral powder to replace 10% 525 ~ # portland cement, water-cement ratio of 0.31 ~ 0.35, can prepare ultra-high strength concrete with compressive strength of 80MPa, than the same conditions under pure cement concrete strength increased by more than 10%. The results of microscopic studies show that F ore powder can promote the hydration reaction of cement and improve the pore structure of cement stone and the interfacial structure of stone-cement in concrete to achieve the purpose of improving the macroscopic mechanical properties of concrete.
