随着能源需求的持续急剧增长,化石燃料供应的紧张、油价的不断攀升及其环境压力的日益增大,国内外尤其是我国的许多机构和企业愈加重视和关注替代能源(包括非常规油气资源、新能源、可再生能源)的开发和利用。为了进一步唤起公众、企业和政府部门对开发利用替代能源的紧迫意识,推动我国替代能源产业的发展,本刊特邀请国内部分专家针对一些焦点话题举行了座谈。现将专家座谈发言的部分内容摘编如下,以飨读者。
