目的探讨新疆曼陀罗子的毒性。方法选用小鼠,对新疆曼陀罗子进行急性及亚急性毒性实验。结果①急性毒性实验:新疆曼陀罗子(生药)对小鼠最大耐受剂量(MTD)为40g.kg-1。②亚急性毒性实验:对小鼠血生化数据的影响:与对照组比较,给药组天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST):第2、第7、第14天(雌性)升高(P<0.05);丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT):第7、第14天升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);尿素氮(BUN):第2天降低,第7、第14天(雌性)升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);肌酐(Cr):第2天(雄性)降低、第14天(雌性)含量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);对小鼠血清酶活力的影响:与对照组比较,给药组单胺氧化酶(MAO)第14天升高(P<0.05);乙酰胆碱酯酶(T-CHE)第2天(雌性)、第7天(雌性)升高,第14天(雌性)降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论初步认为,新疆曼陀罗子具有毒性,但不是剧毒;毒性靶器官可能是肝、肾,同时具有抑制乙酰胆碱作用(雌性)。
Objective To explore the toxicity of Xinjiang Datura. Methods Mice were used to test acute and subacute toxicity of Datura stramonium. Results 1Acute toxicity test: The maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of M. odoratum (crude drug) in mice was 40 g.kg-1. 2Subacute Toxicity Test: Effects on Blood Biochemical Data of Mice: Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) on the 2nd, 7th and 14th day (female) was increased in the treated group compared with the control group (P) <0.05); Alanine aminotransferase (ALT): increased on the 7th and 14th days (P<0.05 or P<0.01); urea nitrogen (BUN): decreased on the 2nd day, on the 7th and 14th days ( Female) elevated (P<0.05 or P<0.01); creatinine (Cr): decreased on day 2 (males) and increased on day 14 (female) (P<0.05 or P<0.01); serum in mice Effects of enzyme activity: Compared with the control group, monoamine oxidase (MAO) in the administration group increased on the 14th day (P<0.05); acetylcholinesterase (T-CHE) on the 2nd day (female) and 7th day (female) rose High, decreased on day 14 (female) (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion It is preliminarily believed that Xinjiang Datura is toxic, but not very toxic; the target organs of toxicity may be liver and kidney, while inhibiting the action of acetylcholine (female).
