1999年1月21日与民政部社会福利和社会事务司签署合作项目备忘录,项目分周期实施,第一周期合作项目时间为1999-2003年。项目内容:开展儿童福利工作经验交流活动;开展残疾儿童的医疗康复活动;对儿童福利机构进行更新改造;进一步探索更为有效的孤残儿童养育方式。除机构供养外,对孤残儿童的家庭代养、寄养、助养等方式进行研究,积极创造更为有利的孤残儿童成长环境。项目进展: On January 21, 1999, a memorandum of cooperation project was signed with the Department of Social Welfare and Social Affairs of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The project is implemented in sub-cycle. The first cycle of the cooperation project is from 1999 to 2003. Project Description: To carry out the exchange of experience in child welfare work; to carry out medical rehabilitation activities for children with disabilities; to update and reform child welfare institutions; and to further explore more effective ways of raising orphans and disabled children. In addition to the institutional support, research is conducted on family rearing, foster care and support for orphans and handicapped children to actively create a more favorable environment for the growth of orphans and disabled children.
