井架式塔吊(又称“轻型塔吊”)因其有比井字架、桅杆吊、龙门吊明显的优越性,而迅速发展成为中小建筑工程主要的垂直和水平运输起重机械。为我市建筑业连续几年的迅猛发展发挥了巨大的作用。但是,在全国各地的使用中,倒塌、悬臂断裂等恶性事故时有发生,引起了各级领导的重视。为此,江苏省建工局于1993年还专题召开了“轻型塔机安全使用研讨会”。现就井架式塔吊在生产、使用和管理等方面存在的问题和相应的对策,提出一些看法,供同行参考。
Derrick-type tower cranes (also called “light tower cranes”) have rapidly developed into the main vertical and horizontal cranes for small and medium-sized construction projects because of their obvious advantages over wells, masts, and gantry cranes. For the city’s construction industry for several years of rapid development has played a huge role. However, in the use throughout the country, there have been frequent accidents such as collapses, cantilever breakages, and other serious incidents that have caused the attention of leaders at all levels. To this end, the Bureau of Construction Engineering of Jiangsu Province also held a special “Seminar on the Safe Use of Light Tower Cranes” in 1993. Problems and corresponding countermeasures in the production, use, and management of derrick cranes are presented here, and some views are proposed for reference by the peers.
