比较了自行制备的TiB2颗粒增强的Ni3Al基复合材料铸态和经热处理后的微观组织和高温压缩机械性能。结果显示,经1100℃×48h热处理后,TiB2颗粒的大小、形貌均有较大改变。TiB2颗粒增强Ni3Al基复合材料具有比基体高的弹性模量、屈服强度,但塑性有所降低。
The mechanical properties of microstructures and high-temperature compression after as-cast and heat-treated Ni3Al matrix composites reinforced by TiB2 particles prepared by themselves were compared. The results show that after heat treatment at 1100 ℃ × 48h, the size and morphology of TiB2 particles have changed greatly. TiB2 particle reinforced Ni3Al matrix composites have higher modulus of elasticity and yield strength than the matrix, but the plasticity decreases.
