在用吸光光度法的筛选实验中,发现甘草的黄酮类化合物中,含有阻碍酪氨酸酶活性的成分,以光果甘草(glycyrrhiza glabra)作用最强。把光果甘草的根用无水乙醇及乙基醋酸提取减压浓缩。用疏水部分的脂溶性甘草浸膏(以下简称甘草浸膏),和 B-16鼠黑素瘤细胞及人的正常表皮在试管内进行研究。结果发现添加甘草浸膏培养的 B-16鼠黑素瘤细胞摄取~(14)C-硫尿嘧啶受到抑制,
In the screening experiment using the absorptiometric method, it was found that the flavonoids contained in Glycyrrhiza uralensis contained components that inhibited the activity of tyrosinase, and the glycyrrhiza glabra had the strongest effect. The root of Glycyrrhiza glabra was extracted with ethanol and ethyl acetate and concentrated under reduced pressure. The hydrophobic portion of the lipid-soluble licorice extract (hereinafter referred to as licorice extract) and the B-16 rat melanoma cells and human normal epidermis were studied in vitro. As a result, it was found that the uptake of 14 C-thiouracil was inhibited by adding B16 murine melanoma cells cultured in licorice extract.
