为解决环件成形过程的径、周向协调变形问题,采用数值模拟软件对大型环坯局部加载热成形过程进行了数值模拟。分析了水压机压下量、上砧送进比对环件局部镦粗成形时径向和周向变形量的影响,获得了由3.5 m环坯局部加载连续成形获得5m环件时,压机压下量与径、周向变形量之间的规律曲线。研究结果表明:当环坯分3次加载成形,单次加载的压下量依次为23%、18%、13%,且送进比控制在30%时,环件径、周向变形较为协调,环件尺寸满足预期要求,环件的内部变形分布合理。研究结果为大型环件的局部加载连续成形提供了指导。
In order to solve the problem of coordinative and circumferential deformation during the forming process, the numerical simulation software was used to simulate the local hot forming process of large blanks. The effects of hydraulic press reduction, the feeding ratio of the upper anvil on the radial and the circumferential deformation of the ring were investigated.
