IEC61850是将来变电站无缝通信体系的基础,故障录波器是电力监测系统的一种重要设备,采用了面向对象的技术,详尽分析了基于IEC61850的故障录波器的建模的特点和数据传输中实时数据库的建立、数据链接以及ASCI(抽象通信服务接口)到具体通信栈映射的实现问题,提出利用“ACSI/MMS(制造报文规范)+RFC1006+TCP/IP+以太网”来实现录波数据通信的方案,并通过试验初步验证了方法的有效性以及可行性。
IEC61850 is the basis of seamless communication system in substations in the future. Fault recorder is an important equipment of power monitoring system. It adopts object-oriented technology and analyzes the characteristics and data transmission of IEC61850-based fault recorder Real-time database establishment, data link and implementation of ASCI (Abstract Communication Service Interface) to the specific communication stack mapping are proposed to be realized by using “ACSI / MMS (Manufacturing Message Specification) + RFC1006 + TCP / IP + Ethernet” Recording data communication program, and preliminary tests to verify the effectiveness of the method as well as feasibility.
