聚维酮碘(PVP-Ⅰ)是碘与聚氧乙烯吡咯烷酮所形成的一种可溶性复合物,是一种高效、广谱新型杀菌剂。与碘相比具有挥发性小、水溶性好、几乎无刺激性、无过敏性且颜色易洗脱等优点。已被1990年版中国药典收载。现将其几种制剂的研究情况及临床应用作一简介。 Povidone iodine (PVP-Ⅰ) is a soluble complex formed by iodine and polyoxyethylene pyrrolidone, which is a kind of high efficient, broad-spectrum novel bactericide. Compared with iodine has a small volatile, water-soluble, almost non-irritating, non-allergic and color-elution advantages. Has been included in the 1990 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
