目前对哮喘患者T 细胞的研究已进入分子水平。T 细胞可被过敏原激活,释放多种淋巴因子参与哮喘的发病。其中白介素(IL)-4、γ干扰素促进IgE 的合成,IL-5、IL-3、组织胺释放因子等与气道嗜酸细胞炎症的形成有密切关系。
The current research on T cells in asthma has entered the molecular level. T cells can be activated by allergens, releasing a variety of lymphokines involved in the pathogenesis of asthma. Interleukin (IL) -4 and IFN-γ promote the synthesis of IgE. IL-5, IL-3 and histamine release factors are closely related to the formation of airway eosinophilic inflammation.
