目的探讨抵抗素基因rs1862513基因型、血浆抵抗素水平变化与同期体重变化关系。方法 2005年和2010年两次在北京市石景山区同一人群中开展心血管病流行病学调查,收集吸烟、饮酒、体重、疾病史等心血管病危险因素资料,并对收集的血标本进行抵抗素水平测定和rs1862513多态性检测。结果资料完整的有效样本共914例(男316例,女598例)。抵抗素血浆浓度变化与同期体重变化间的相关系数为0.11(P=0.001),按抵抗素rs1862513基因型分组,在CC、GC与GG基因型下,其相关系数分别为0.38(P<0.001)、0.07(P=0.154)和0.10(P=0.052)。不同基因型之间相关系数两两比较结果,CC基因型与GC、GG之间比较的P值分别为P=0.002和P=0.007,GG、GC之间比较P=0.664。多元线性回归分析结果显示,在控制了吸烟、饮酒、基线体重、基线年龄和既往病史等因素后,血浆抵抗素浓度变化与同期体重变化间的回归系数为0.06(P<0.001),在CC、GC与GG基因型下的回归系数分别为0.17(P<0.001)、0.05(P=0.027)和0.07(P=0.006)。回归两两比较比较的P值分别为:CC与GC比较P=0.014,CC与GG比较P=0.036,GG与GC比较P=0.550。结论抵抗素水平变化与同期体重变化间存在显著关联,不同rs1862513基因型下抵抗素水平变化与体重变化间的关联程度也存在显著差别,CC基因型组对于体重变化更为敏感。
Objective To investigate the relationship between resistin gene rs1862513 genotype, plasma resistin level and weight change at the same period. Methods Two epidemiological surveys of cardiovascular disease were conducted in the same population in Shijingshan District of Beijing in 2005 and 2010 respectively. Data on risk factors of cardiovascular diseases such as smoking, drinking, body weight and disease history were collected, and the collected blood samples were resisted Su-level determination and rs1862513 polymorphism detection. Results A total of 914 valid samples were complete (316 males and 598 females). The correlation coefficient between resistin plasma concentration and weight change over the same period was 0.11 (P = 0.001). According to the genotypes of resistin rs1862513, the correlation coefficient was 0.38 (P <0.001) in CC, GC and GG genotypes, , 0.07 (P = 0.154) and 0.10 (P = 0.052). The correlation coefficients between different genotypes were compared every two one time. The P values of CC genotype and GC and GG were P = 0.002 and P = 0.007, respectively, and P = 0.664 between GG and GC. The results of multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the regression coefficient between plasma resistin concentration and body weight change was 0.06 (P <0.001) after smoking, alcohol consumption, baseline weight, baseline age and previous medical history. The regression coefficients of GC and GG genotypes were 0.17 (P <0.001), 0.05 (P = 0.027) and 0.07 (P = 0.006), respectively. The P values returned to comparison and comparison were respectively P = 0.014 for CC and GC, P = 0.036 for CC and GG, and P = 0.550 for GG and GC. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between resistin levels and body weight changes. There is also a significant difference between the levels of resistin in different genotype rs1862513 genotypes and weight changes. CC genotype group is more sensitive to body weight changes.
