建立测定纸张中2,4,6-三氯苯酚的高效液相色谱-紫外检测器的检测方法。自制样品经超声振荡提取后进样检测,在Symmetry®C18柱上以甲醇/0.01 mol·L~(-1)乙酸铵为流动相进行检测。结果表明:1方法的线性范围为1~300μg·L~(-1),线性关系良好(R>0.99),平均回收率>92.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<8%(n=6),仪器检出限为10μg·kg~(-1),方法定量限为37μg·kg~(-1)。2该方法样品前处理简单、方便、快捷,节省了大量时间。建立的方法适用于普通纸张中2,4,6-三氯苯酚的快速检测。
To establish a method for the determination of 2,4,6 - trichlorophenol in paper by high performance liquid chromatography - ultraviolet detector. Self-made samples were extracted by ultrasonic oscillation and then injected into the sample. The detection was performed on a Symmetry® C18 column with methanol / 0.01 mol·L -1 ammonium acetate as the mobile phase. The results showed that the linear range was 1 ~ 300μg · L -1, the linearity was good (R> 0.99), the average recovery was 92.7%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 8% (n = 6) , The detection limit of the instrument was 10μg · kg ~ (-1), and the limit of quantification was 37μg · kg ~ (-1). 2 The method of sample pretreatment is simple, convenient and fast, saving a lot of time. The established method is suitable for the rapid detection of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol in plain paper.
