基于内腔光纤激光器原理设计了气体检测系统,可以检测气室中待测气体的种类和浓度。在分析气体检测系统的基本构成原理基础上,以乙炔气体为例,进行了气体测试实验,并就检测灵敏度、浓度检测精度两方面分析和计算了该检测系统的性能。结果表明,基于内腔光纤激光器原理的气体检测系统重复性小于0.07,气体检测的灵敏度小于0.03%,气体检测的精度不小于0.17%。
Based on the principle of the cavity fiber laser, a gas detection system is designed to detect the type and concentration of gas to be measured in the gas chamber. Based on the analysis of the basic principle of the gas detection system, taking gas of acetylene as an example, the gas test was carried out. The performance of the detection system was analyzed and calculated in terms of detection sensitivity and concentration detection accuracy. The results show that the repeatability of gas detection system based on the principle of fiber lasers is less than 0.07, the sensitivity of gas detection is less than 0.03% and the accuracy of gas detection is not less than 0.17%.
