法学作为社会科学学科,学生除了老师的课题理论讲授和社会实践获取专业知识外,更为主要的是通过阅读来增加自己的知识量。但由于应试教育、缺少教师指导、功利性、习惯以及娱乐方式多样化等诸多因素的影响,大学生不读书现象显得尤为突出。法学专业也未脱离此弊。为此,应通过改变学生观念,构建具体的制度等措施保证法学专业学生“读书工程”方案的实施,进而使学生从读书中获益并增强其学习和工作的能力。 Law as a social science discipline, students in addition to the teacher’s topic theory and social practice to acquire professional knowledge, the more important is to increase their reading knowledge.
