当下的职场“跳声一片”。哪类人跳槽比较多?民营企业员工遥遥领先其他人群,占比达到70%;紧随其后的是新创业公司员工;然后才是国有企业以及公务员、事业单位编制人员。(9月2日《工人日报》)市场经济下,人才流动无障碍,跳槽现象很普遍。尤其是高校毕业生,职业生涯规划尚不成熟,当初就业时大多抱着走一步看一步的心态,在选择就业岗位和用人单位时比较草率。随着个人职业生涯规划逐渐清晰明朗,很多人在工作一段时间后会选择跳槽。

As personal career planning becomes clearer and clever, many people choose to quit after working for some time.
