表面粗糙度,是指零件加工表面所具有的较小间距和微小峰谷不平度的微观几何形状误差。表面粗糙度对机械零件的配合性质、耐磨性、工作精度、抗腐性等有着密切的关系,对机器或仪器的性能、可靠性和寿命有很大的影响。表面粗糙度国家标准一共有六个表面粗糙度评定参数。本文仅就这些评定参数及其数值的正确选用,以及测量等方面作一介绍。
