房地产市场发展周期与金融运行关系研究——基于广西柳州市的实证分析

本文通过对广西柳州市房地产市场发展的单项指标和综合指标进行周期分析,发现柳州房地产市场周期已初步形成,据此进一步对柳州房地产市场周期与主要经济金融指标进行相关关系分析,可证明住房信贷、各项存款是房地产市场周期形成的主要金融指标;通过更深一步的计量分析,得出金融运行与房地产市场发展之间相关关系的结论和政策建议。 Based on the cycle analysis of single index and comprehensive index of real estate market in Liuzhou, Guangxi, this paper finds that the cycle of Liuzhou real estate market has been initially formed. Based on this, we can further analyze the correlation between Liuzhou’s real estate market cycle and major economic and financial indicators, , The deposits are the main financial indicators of the formation of the real estate market cycle; through deeper measurement and analysis, draw conclusions and policy recommendations on the correlation between the financial operation and the development of the real estate market.
