在高中英语教学中,学困生的问题仍然普遍存在,如果不采取有效的转化策略,将会严重地影响学生的心里健康,从而制约教育教学质量的提高。本文从英语学困生的实际情况出发,结合自己多年英语教学积累的经验,提出了一系列在高中课堂教学中有效转化英语学困生的策略,主要包括:帮助学困生克服自卑感、树立自信心;指导学困生探索适合自己的学习策略和技巧;充分运用情感的作用,提高学困生学习英语的积极性;针对不同的学生,给予相应的指导;有效改进课堂教学方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯;课堂教学多照顾,课外练习多辅导。
In senior high school English teaching, the problems of poor students still exist unceasingly. If we do not take effective conversion strategies, it will seriously affect students’ mental health and thus restrict the improvement of education and teaching quality. Based on the actual situation of students with learning difficulties in English and combined with their accumulated experience in English teaching for many years, this paper puts forward a series of strategies to effectively transform students with learning difficulties in high school classroom teaching, including: Self-confidence; to guide students with learning difficulties to explore their own learning strategies and techniques; make full use of the role of emotion to improve the enthusiasm of students learning English; for different students, to give appropriate guidance; effective classroom teaching methods to improve students’ Learning habits; classroom teaching and more care, extracurricular practice counseling.
