纺织品服装贸易“后配额时代”的影响主要表现为,贸易伙伴的贸易壁垒以及来自其他国家和地区的市场竞争。面对历史的机遇和挑战,我国纺织品服装企业应以积极的心态来应对纺织品服装贸易一体化的到来,主要措施有:品牌战略,后配额时代的企业保障;建立和推广运用预警机制,规范和维护出口竞争秩序,改善出口结构,后配额时代应对贸易壁垒的有效措施;建立自己营销渠道,后配额时代可靠出路;产业集群,后配额时代企业必由之路。
The impact of the textile and apparel trade “post-quota era ” is mainly reflected in the trade barriers of trading partners and market competition from other countries and regions.
