通过实验研究三种阴离子和两种非离子表面活性剂的水溶液,不同浓度下,在工业管道内流动时的减阻现象,并讨论了温度对减阻效应的影响和溶液的使用寿命等问题。根据流变实验的结果,认为这些溶液属于三阶流体,推出了三阶流体的速度分布。最后,阐述了这些溶液在工业上应用的可能性、应用条件和应用场合,认为有三种表面活性剂有应用价值。
The effects of temperature on the drag reducing effect and the service life of the solution were discussed by experimentally studying the drag reduction of aqueous solutions of three anions and two nonionic surfactants at different concentrations and flowing in the industrial pipeline. According to the results of the rheological experiments, these solutions are considered to belong to the third-order fluid and the velocity distribution of the third-order fluid is introduced. Finally, the possibilities, application conditions and applications of these solutions for industrial applications are described, and three kinds of surfactants are considered to have application value.
