目的:探索惠民医院的财务补偿机制。方法:采用微观经济学的差别定价理论分析惠民医疗对医院的财务影响。结果:只要惠民医疗以新增病人为主,医院普通病人向惠民医疗转移的数量得到控制,医院的盈利并不会明显减少,财务补偿也非惠民医院顺利运行之必要条件;惠民医疗占用了医院的资源,使得医院盈利率下降,但扩大了医院病人来源,长期内有利于医院竞争力的提升。结论:构建财务上自我补偿的惠民医院,应控制惠民医院数量,提高惠民医疗的集中度,并对医院的惠民医疗和普通医疗市场进行有效分隔。
Objective: To explore the financial compensation mechanism of Huimin Hospital. Methods: Using the differential pricing theory of microeconomics to analyze the financial impact of Huimin medical treatment on hospitals. Results: As long as new patients were added into Huimin medical treatment, the number of ordinary patients transferred to Huimin was controlled and the profitability of the hospital was not significantly reduced. The financial compensation was also not necessary for Huimin’s smooth operation. Huimin Medical resources occupy the hospital, making the hospital profit margins decline, but expanded the source of hospital patients, in the long run is conducive to enhancing the competitiveness of the hospital. Conclusion: To construct a self-compensating Huimin hospital financially, we should control the number of Huimin hospitals, increase the concentration of Huimin’s medical care, and effectively separate the hospital’s Huimin medical and general medical markets.
