In the die-casting production process, the gas is involved in the formation of alloy fluid in the various defects that seriously affect the quality of castings and processing performance. Almost all of the castings produced by conventional die-casting methods have defects caused by the gas. Parts that are required to be air-tight and work in high temperature environments are difficult to obtain high-quality products using conventional die-casting machines that are routinely manufactured. Stomatal defects, especially flat pores, exist in the wall of the casting (Figure 1). Not only affect the strength of the parts, but once the working environment temperature increases, the high-pressure gas wrapped in defects by thermal expansion, the parts are deformed and surface blister phenomenon.
