详细分析了中国石化股份有限公司洛阳分公司铁路运输部重油车间粘油接卸过程中能耗高的原因,并实施了相应的改进措施:设备技术改造,改进防冻防凝措施,总结加温经验、改进加温方案,加强管理力度、减少粘油泄漏等。改造结果表明,接卸车过程中各种消耗明显降低,节能降耗效果显著,已创造经济效益476699元。
