1 病例报告患者女,42岁。因进食未加热沙丁鱼罐头后头晕、恶心、呕吐、发热及腹痛、腹泻1天,于2000—07—12入院。查体:体温38℃.急性病容,心肺叩听诊正常。腹软,脐周压痛(+),无反跳痛,肠鸣音活跃。化验检查:血常规白细胞低。取粪便及呕吐物做微生物检查。将所取标本分别接种于血琼脂平板、SS琼脂平板、麦康凯琼脂平板上。经37℃培养24h后,SS琼脂平板上生长圆形无色透明、中心黑色的小菌落;麦康凯琼脂平板上生长中等大小无色半透明菌落;血琼脂平板生长灰色、圆形、
A case report patient female, 42 years old. Due to eating unheated canned sardine dizziness, nausea, vomiting, fever and abdominal pain, diarrhea 1 day, admitted in 2000-07-12.
