目的:回顾抗结核药物对结核病患者肝损害的有关问题,保障结核病治疗顺利实施。方法:对1997-01/2007-01新登记初治患者956例中应用抗结核药物致肝损害117例进行回顾性分析。结果:抗结核药物肝损害高发年龄在30~82岁(105例,占89.7%)。出现消化道症状和肝功能改变的患者发生在最初用药2个月内,占81.2%。结论:掌握抗结核治疗的不良反应和防治对策,对确保抗结核治疗顺利完成有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To review the relevant issues of anti-tuberculosis drugs on liver damage in tuberculosis patients and ensure the successful implementation of tuberculosis treatment. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 117 cases of liver damage caused by antituberculosis drugs in 956 newly registered newly diagnosed patients from January 1997 to January 2007. Results: The incidence of liver damage in anti-TB drugs ranged from 30 to 82 years (105 cases, 89.7%). Patients with gastrointestinal symptoms and changes in liver function occurred within 2 months of initial administration, accounting for 81.2%. Conclusion: To master the adverse reactions of antituberculous therapy and prevention and control measures is of great significance to ensure the successful completion of antituberculosis treatment.
