为达到“节能减排”的目的,需对长隧道运营中的通风节能技术开展研究,特别是随着长大公路隧道修建数量的增大,通风必将成为隧道运营中的“耗能大户”。应用变频调速技术通风控制的港珠澳大桥隧道工程为依托,,采用CFD方法对并联变频风机的失速及控制优化进行研究,并对隧道内运营通风采用变频调速技术进行了节能效益分析。结果表明当风机并联失速转速比为6.25以及尽量使两台并联变频风机以相同的转速运行,同时隧道内风机采用变频调速技术时可以大幅度降低隧道的运营通风费用。
In order to achieve the goal of “energy saving and emission reduction,” we need to study the ventilation and energy saving technologies in the operation of long tunnels, especially as the number of long-distance highways and tunnels built increases and ventilation will surely become the “ Can big ”. Based on the tunnel project of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau-Macao with ventilation control of VFD technology, the CFD method is used to study the stalling and control optimization of shunt inverter fan, and the energy-saving benefit analysis of VFD technology is carried out. The results show that when the fan parallel stall speed ratio is 6.25, and try to make the two parallel inverter fan running at the same speed, while the tunnel fan frequency control technology can greatly reduce tunnel ventilation costs.
