复方甘油注射液治疗脑水肿国内报告较少,近年来我们用其治疗脑水肿74例,现报告如下。 1.资料与方法:74例患者年龄37～85岁,平均54岁。脑出血23例,大面积脑梗塞27例,颅内占位病变12例,蛛网膜下腔出血5例,脑膜癌病2例,血管性头痛持续状态3例。方法:10％复方甘油静脉滴注,2ml/min,每日用量为500～750ml,连续用药6～21天,平均12天。用药前后分别检验血常规、血糖、胆固醇、尿常规、尿素氮;脑梗塞患者同时加测血液流变学。 Compound glycerin injection treatment of cerebral edema less domestic report, in recent years we use it to treat cerebral edema in 74 cases, are as follows. 1.
