面对日益突出的深井高温热害问题,探究了深井巷道内采用粉煤灰陶粒玻化微珠混凝土达到的隔热效果。基于传热学理论,通过稳态平板导热仪对几组不同配合比的试件进行了导热系数实验,得出导热系数最小的配合比,运用FLUENT软件建立矿井巷道的网格计算模型,分别对喷射该隔热混凝土与普通混凝土的矿井巷道的温度场进行数值模拟。
In the face of the increasingly prominent hot blast of deep well, the thermal insulation effect of using fly ash ceramsite micro-bead concrete in deep tunnel was explored. Based on the theory of heat transfer, thermal conductivity experiments were conducted on several groups of specimens with different proportions by means of steady-state plate heat conductivity meter, and the least thermal conductivity was obtained. FLUENT software was used to establish the grid computing model of mine roadway. The temperature field of mine roadway sprayed with the insulation concrete and common concrete is numerically simulated.
