目的 :建立一种黄花败酱胶囊质量控制的定量方法。方法 :采用薄层色谱扫描法。以氯仿 -甲醇 -水 (6 5∶ 35∶ 10下层 )为展开剂 ,λS=5 30 nm,λR=6 80 nm,SX=3。结果 :黄花败酱胶囊中含有齐墩果酸 - 3- 0 - β- D-葡萄糖 (1→ 3) - α- L-鼠李糖- (1→ 2 ) - β- D-木糖的含量为 37.5 32 3mg/ g。结论 :采用该法测定黄花败酱胶囊 ,操作简便 ,结果准确
Objective : To establish a quantitative method for quality control of Huanghua Paishen Capsules. Method : Thin layer chromatography was used. With chloroform-methanol-water (65: 35:10 lower layer) as developing solvent, λS = 5 30 nm, λR = 6 80 nm, SX = 3. RESULTS: The content of oleanolic acid-3-3-β-D-glucose (1→3) - α-L-rhamnose-(1→ 2 )-β-D-xylose was contained in Huanghua Paishen Capsules. It is 37.5 32 3mg/g. Conclusion : The method was applied to the determination of Huanghua Paishen Capsules. The operation is simple and the result is accurate.
