目的探讨Tourette综合征(TS)儿童学龄期的行为特征及其影响因素,为临床综合干预提供科学依据。方法采用Achen-bach儿童行为量表(父母问卷),对150例6~11岁TS儿童和216例对照组儿童的行为特征进行评定,通过多因素Logistic回归分析对其影响因素进行探讨。结果 TS儿童发生行为问题的风险较对照组大(OR=7.246),发生ADHD的危险性是对照组儿童的5.273倍。在行为因子异常方面,TS男童易发生分裂样、社交退缩、强迫性、多动和违纪(OR值分别为1.812,3.596,3.718,3.394,3.202),而TS女童易发生体诉、分裂样强迫和抑郁问题(OR值分别为1.268,5.679,3.691)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,症状严重程度及患病时间影响TS儿童行为问题的发生(OR=6.785,3.906)。结论 TS儿童学龄期发生行为问题及患ADHD的风险较高。积极控制临床症状、缩短病程有利于减少行为问题的发生。
Objective To investigate the behavior characteristics and its influencing factors of children with Tourette’s syndrome (TS) in school-age and to provide a scientific basis for clinical intervention. Methods The Achen-bach Children’s Behavior Scale (Parents Questionnaire) was used to assess the behavioral characteristics of 150 children aged 6-11 years and 216 controls. The influencing factors were investigated by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results TS children had a greater risk of behavioral problems than those in the control group (OR = 7.246). The risk of ADHD was 5.273 times that of the control group. In behavioral abnormalities, TS boys were prone to schizoid, social withdrawal, forced, hyperactivity and discipline (OR = 1.812, 3.596, 3.718, 3.344, 3.202 respectively) Forced and depressed (OR = 1.268, 5.679, 3.691, respectively). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the severity of symptoms and the duration of illness affected the occurrence of TS children’s behavioral problems (OR = 6.785,3.906). Conclusion TS children have higher risk of behavior problems and ADHD during their school-age. Active control of clinical symptoms, shorten the duration of the disease is conducive to reducing the incidence of behavior problems.
