目的 研究电击死大鼠心肌组织中纤维连接蛋白的表达,为电击死和电损伤的鉴定提供一定依据。方法 取大鼠12只,实验组与对照组各6只。应用SABC法对实验组与对照组进行免疫组化研究。同时应用常规染色作比较。结果 电击死心肌内出现纤维连接蛋白的阳性,与对照组差别有意义(P<0.01)。结论 心肌组织中纤维连接蛋白的强阳性表达对电击死的法医学鉴定有一定参考价值。
Objective To study the expression of fibronectin in the myocardium of rats with electric shock and provide a basis for the identification of electric shock and electric injury. Methods Twelve rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 6 rats in each group. SABC method using the experimental group and control group immunohistochemistry. At the same time using conventional dyeing for comparison. Results The positive expression of Fibronectin in the electrocardiogram myocardial infarction group was significantly different from the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The strong positive expression of Fibronectin in myocardial tissue has certain reference value for the forensic identification of electric shock.
