力量素质是各项运动取得优异成绩的关键,也是其他各素质的基础。但许多人由于在负重练习时,不能因人因项选择训练方法,或因负荷的时间、次数安排不当,结果效果甚微。那么,怎样才能达到力量训练的最佳效果呢? 首先要根据力量发展的规律,组织安排训练。力量的自然增长及训练的提高都有其规律。力量素质的增长在不同年龄时期是不同的,有快速增长阶段、相对稳定阶段和下降阶段。男子在7-16岁为快速增长阶段,17-21岁为缓慢增长阶段,22-29岁为相对稳定阶段,30岁以后为逐渐下降阶段。女子在7-10岁为快速增长阶段,11-15岁为下降阶段,16-20岁为第二次快速增长阶段,21-24岁为相对稳定阶
