给予众多的本质安全评价方法合理的归类,将其分为指标型、模糊理论型、图示型3类。其中,从覆盖范围的角度把指标型方法分为S(safe),SE(safe,environment),SEH(safe,environment and health)3种。其次,阐述方法所含有的参数及最终指标的计算方法。再次,对3类评价方法进行评价思路、易用性和结果灵敏性的比较。阐述评价方法改进的方向及内涵,从中找到方法中存在的4个主要问题:(1)指标取值的主观性;(2)使用的数学函数为阶梯函数;(3)评价参数及领域不全面;(4)评价过程逻辑性不强。最后得出本质安全评价方法的3个发展方向:覆盖范围的综合性、评价过程的逻辑性、指标取值的客观性。
To give a reasonable classification of many intrinsic safety evaluation methods, it is divided into index type, fuzzy theory type and pictorial type. Among them, the index-based method is divided into three types: safe (safe), SE (safe, environment) and SEH (safe, environment and health) from the perspective of coverage. Secondly, elaborated the method contains the parameter and the final index calculation method. Again, the three types of evaluation methods for evaluation of ideas, ease of use and results of the sensitivity comparison. Explain the direction and connotation of the improvement of the evaluation method, and find out four main problems in the method: (1) the subjectivity of the index value; (2) the mathematical function used is a step function; (3) the evaluation parameters and the field are not comprehensive ; (4) the evaluation process is not logical. Finally, three development directions of the method of intrinsic safety evaluation are obtained: the comprehensiveness of the coverage, the logic of the evaluation process and the objectivity of the index value.
