目的:探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)和凋亡诱导因子(AIF)在大肠腺癌中的表达及两者在大肠腺癌发生发展过程中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学Envision法检测150例大肠腺癌、100例大肠腺瘤和100例正常大肠黏膜中HSP70、AIF的表达情况,分析HSP70、AIF的表达与大肠腺癌生物学行为特性的关系以及两者之间的关系。结果:HSP70和AIF在大肠腺癌、大肠腺瘤以及正常大肠黏膜中的阳性表达率依次增高,两两相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HSP70和AIF阳性表达与大肠癌的分化程度密切相关;Spearman等级相关性分析显示,HSP70和AIF在大肠腺癌组织中表达呈正相关(r=0.631,P<0.05)。结论:HSP70和AIF在大肠腺癌中高表达,且两者表达在大肠癌演进过程中呈显著正相关,可能成为防治大肠癌的潜在靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and apoptosis-inducing factor (AIF) in colorectal adenocarcinoma and their roles in the development of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods: The expressions of HSP70 and AIF in 150 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma, 100 cases of colorectal adenoma and 100 cases of normal colorectal mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical Envision method. The relationship between the expression of HSP70 and AIF and the biological behaviors of colorectal adenocarcinoma was analyzed And the relationship between the two. Results: The positive expression rates of HSP70 and AIF in colorectal adenocarcinoma, colorectal adenoma and normal colorectal mucosa were significantly higher than those in normal colorectal mucosa (P <0.05). The positive rates of HSP70 and AIF in colorectal carcinoma Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between HSP70 and AIF expression in colorectal adenocarcinoma (r = 0.631, P <0.05). Conclusions: HSP70 and AIF are highly expressed in colorectal adenocarcinoma, and the expression of HSP70 and AIF is positively correlated with the progression of colorectal cancer, which may be a potential target for prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer.
