目的探讨基层医疗机构如何防范医疗纠纷。方法通过制定预案、明确职责、加强培训与树立服务意识等几方面着手,防范医疗纠纷的发生。结果和结论防范医疗纠纷应做到:加强沟通技巧、规范病案书写、加强技术、法律法规培训、密切医患关系、强化医院管理。
Objective To explore how to prevent medical disputes in primary medical institutions. Methods By formulating plans, clarifying responsibilities, strengthening training and establishing service awareness, we should guard against the occurrence of medical disputes. Results and Conclusion Prevention of medical disputes should be: to strengthen communication skills, standardize the writing of medical records, strengthen technical, legal and regulatory training, close the doctor-patient relationship, and strengthen hospital management.
