天津市卫生局为贯彻《结核病防治管理办法》,强化结核病控制纳入初级卫生保健,于1993年6月14日在津召开了农村结核病控制研讨会。市结防所和部分区县卫生局、防疫站领导及结核科负责同志共20余人参加会议。会上就农村结核病控制采取有效措施取得的成绩及存在的问题进行了研讨。市卫生局赵克正副局长、防疫处范继善处长和市结防所王撷秀所长等,分别就天津市近年结核病控制取得的成效,如何改变观念开拓结核病控制新途径做了发言。会议期间与会者还考察了东丽区卫生防疫站结核科,并查看了社区防痨网络的全监化疗及病例管理工
The Tianjin Municipal Health Bureau held a seminar on tuberculosis control in rural areas in Tianjin on June 14, 1993, in order to implement the “Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Measures” and strengthen TB control into primary health care. More than 20 people attended the meeting and took part in the inspection and quarantine of the city as well as some district and county health bureaus, epidemic prevention station leaders and responsible officials of tuberculosis department. At the meeting on rural tuberculosis control to take effective measures to achieve the results and problems were discussed. Zhao Kezheng, deputy director of the Municipal Health Bureau, Fan Jianshan, director of the anti-epidemic department, and Wang Xiuxiu, director of the municipal department of prevention and cure, made speeches respectively on the effectiveness of TB control in Tianjin and how to change the concept to explore new ways of TB control. During the meeting, participants also inspected the tuberculosis section of the Dongli District Health and Epidemic Prevention Station and reviewed the full-course chemotherapy and case management workers of the community anti-tuberculosis network
