旧有世界信息传播秩序长期以来由欧美发达国家主导,随着传统媒体概念的消解和重塑,这一格局在当今互联网时代出现了松动。中国正凭借用户基数和创业活力迅速跻身于互联网强国之列,与美国并站世界两级。本文对当下世界互联网传播格局的重构进行探讨,分析欧洲、日本、美国、中国四个世界最大的经济体在互联网发展方面的差异,总结出形成世界级互联网企业的必要条件。最后为我国参与布局全球互联网格局的路径提出建议和思考。
The order of information dissemination in the old world has long been dominated by the developed countries in Europe and the United States. With the dissolution and reshaping of the concept of traditional media, this pattern has been loosening in today’s Internet era. With the user base and entrepreneurial vitality, China is rapidly becoming one of the top Internet powers in the world with the United States and standing at the world level. This article explores the reconstruction of the Internet world in today’s world and analyzes the differences in Internet development among the world’s largest economies in Europe, Japan, the United States and China and concludes the necessary conditions for the formation of a world-class Internet company. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions and reflections for our country to participate in the layout of the global Internet.
