目的了解盐城市区各级各类医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量情况,找出存在问题,为加强医院消毒管理提供依据。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量检测,对盐城市2012-2013年市区医疗机构消毒质量进行监测。结果连续2年共采集各级医疗机构不同消毒对象标本2 486份,消毒质量平均合格率为95.41%,2012-2013年度平均合格率分别为93.73%和96.53%。公立医院消毒质量合格率为95.71%,民营医院监测合格率为95.17%。二级及以上级别医疗机构与二级以下医疗机构消毒质量合格率基本一致。结论盐城市区医疗机构消毒质量整体水平较好,不同性质和不同级别医院的消毒质量无显著差异。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection and sterilization of various medical institutions at all levels in Yancheng city and to find out the existing problems so as to provide the basis for strengthening the disinfection and management of hospitals. Methods By means of on-site sampling and bacterial quantitative detection, the disinfection quality of urban medical institutions in Yancheng from 2012 to 2013 was monitored. Results A total of 2 486 specimens of different disinfection objects at different levels of medical institutions were collected for two consecutive years. The average pass rate of disinfection quality was 95.41%. The average pass rates in 2012-2013 were 93.73% and 96.53% respectively. Public hospital disinfection quality pass rate was 95.71%, private hospital monitoring pass rate was 95.17%. Grade two and above the level of medical institutions and secondary health institutions disinfection quality pass rate basically the same. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection in medical institutions in Yancheng is better. There is no significant difference in the quality of disinfection between hospitals of different levels and in different levels.
