Fried chicken doesn’t have any one inventor3. And it’s much older than you may think！English cook Hannah Glasse had the first published4 fried chicken recipe5 in 1747. Fried chicken has a long history. The earliest stories of fried chicken come from China， the Middle East， and West Africa. But fried chicken has changed6 a lot over the years.
