国家地震局华东地震工作协作区首次地震科学学术交流会于1981年9月17日至23日在烟台召开。会议由华东地震工作协作区领导小组成员、办公室主任秦国柱同志主持,领导小组组长安军同志致开幕词,领导小组副组长朱泽同志作了会议总结。国家地震局有关直属所、队,出版部门和西南、东北、西北协作区等21个单位的代表应邀出席了会议,有的并作了专题报告。会议共收到论文105篇,其中68篇在会议上宣读。这些大多数来自地震监测预报实践第一线的论文,反映了本协作区范围内广大专群地震工作者,近几年来在实际工作中取得 Seismological Bureau East China Earthquake Work Collaboration Area first Earthquake Science Symposium was held September 17, 1981 to 23 in Yantai. The meeting was presided over by Qin Guozhu, member of leading group of East China Earthquake Working Collaboration Area and Comrade Qin Guozhu, director of the office. Comrade Anshan Comrade led the leading group made an opening speech and Comrade Zhu Ze, deputy leader of the leading group made a summary of the meeting. State Seismological Bureau directly affiliated units, teams and publishing departments and the southwestern, northeastern and northwestern cooperative zones and other 21 units were invited to attend the meeting, and some special presentations were made. The conference received a total of 105 papers, of which 68 were read at the meeting. Most of these papers from the forefront of seismic monitoring and forecasting practice reflect that a large number of specialized seismic workers within the scope of this cooperative zone have obtained in actual work in recent years
