用环氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物制备季铵盐离聚体陈勇1,谢洪泉2(1.湖北省化学研究院,湖北武汉430074;2.华中科技大学化学系,湖北武汉430074)用环氧化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物的环氧基与叔胺盐酸盐在相转移催化剂存在下,通过开环反应制得了季铵盐离聚体,用过氯酸滴定法及核磁共振仪进行了表征。研究表明,该反应中环氧基的转化率可达到100%;反应产物为季铵盐离聚体,其在48h时的吸水率达到了115%。
Preparation of Quaternary Ammonium Ionomers from Epoxidized Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene Block Copolymers CHEN Yong 1, XIE Hong-quan 2 (1.Hubei Institute of Chemistry, Wuhan 430074, China; 2.Department of Chemistry, Huazhong University of Science and Technology , Wuhan 430074, Hubei, China) A quaternary ammonium salt ionomer was obtained by ring-opening reaction with the epoxy group of the epoxidized styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer and the tertiary amine hydrochloride in the presence of phase transfer catalyst Body, characterized by perchloric acid titration and NMR. The results show that the conversion of epoxy groups in the reaction can reach 100%. The reaction product is a quaternary ammonium salt ionomer, which has a water absorption rate of 115% at 48h.
