建设马克思主义学习型政党是中国共产党在时代条件、历史方位发生巨大变化的背景下提出的重要战略任务,其根本目标就是要使广大党员的学习习惯常态化,学习内容、学习方式方法的新颖化、科学化。要想达到这样的目的,必须确立一套包括如下内容的科学的理论架构:第一个是信仰层次,即围绕着确立对于社会主义、共产主义的信仰而展开;第二个是知识层次,这个层次以工具性的内容为主;第三个是方法层次,这是链接知识和信仰之间的纽带,知识只有化为方法才能为信仰在实践中的具体化提供保障。
