在简单介绍了三曲柄单环减速器的主要结构及其基本工作原理的基础上,以SolidWorks为支撑平台,利用SolidWorks软件对三曲柄单环减速器的各主要零部件进行了三维实体建模及整机虚拟装配,从而以此来检验前面设计中各主要参数计算的正确性。最后利用SolidWorks simula-tion插件进行有限元分析,得到了减速器中的关键部件—环板的应力、位移分布图,为环板的设计提供了有力的依据。
Based on the brief introduction of the main structure of the three-crank single-ring reducer and its basic working principle, SolidWorks is used as the support platform. SolidWorks software is used to perform three-dimensional solid modeling of the main components of the three-crank single- Machine virtual assembly, in order to test the front of the design of the main parameters of the correctness of the calculation. Finally, the finite element analysis of SolidWorks simula- tion plug-in was carried out, and the stress and displacement distribution diagram of the ring plate, which is the key part of the reducer, was obtained, which provided a strong basis for the design of the ring plate.
