笔者在长期的临床实践中,还发现三七在治疗慢性乙型肝炎和肝硬化中,有良好的提高血浆白蛋白的作用,能使90％以上患者的血浆白蛋白平均上升至40g/L。我们对30例患者作了详细观察对比,其中20例冲服三七粉,每次3g,每日3次。15天为一个疗程,一般1～2疗程显效,3～4疗程血浆白蛋白上升至正常,白蛋白与球蛋白比值倒置纠正,全身症状随之消失或明显减轻;10例未服三七粉者,血浆白蛋 In the long-term clinical practice, the author also found that Panax notoginseng has a good effect of increasing plasma albumin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis, which can increase the plasma albumin averagely to 40 g/L in more than 90% of patients.
