轮胎与地面接触面间应力分布对越野汽车行驶性能有很大影响。因此,在进行轮胎与地面接触面间应力分布理论研究的同时,也广泛开展试验测定。本文所论述的膜片压力传感器是用来测定轮胎与地面接触面间法向应力的。文中讨论了膜片式压力传感器的基本原理、主要尺寸的确定、传感器的标定及其在轮胎胎面上的安装与试验。经实测使用表明,此传感器具有结构简单,灵敏度高及使用性能良好等特点。
The stress distribution between the tire and the ground contact surface has a great influence on the driving performance of the off-road vehicle. Therefore, while carrying out theoretical research on the stress distribution between the tire and the ground contact surface, a wide range of experimental measurements have also been carried out. The diaphragm pressure sensor discussed in this article is used to determine the normal stress between the tire and the ground contact surface. This paper discusses the basic principles of diaphragm pressure sensors, the main dimensions to determine the sensor calibration and tire tread installation and testing. The measured use shows that this sensor has the advantages of simple structure, high sensitivity and good performance.
