以玻化微珠为保温骨料,研究了玻化微珠、海泡石纤维、可再分散乳胶粉对渡槽保温材料性能的影响,并根据渡槽运行极限工况计算了保温层厚度与渡槽侧壁内外温差之间的关系。研究表明:玻化微珠掺量为45%,海泡石纤维掺量为6%,可再分散乳胶粉掺量为1.2%时,保温材料的综合性能优异,制得的渡槽保温材料导热系数为0.079W/(m.K),抗压强度和粘结强度分别为2.0 MPa和0.23 MPa,计算表明该材料用于渡槽保温适宜厚度为3 cm。
The effect of vitrified microbeads, sepiolite fibers and redispersible polymer powders on the performance of aqueduct insulation materials was studied by using vitrified microbeads as thermal insulation aggregate. According to the operating condition of aqueducts, The relationship between the temperature difference inside and outside the wall. The results show that when the content of vitrified microbeads is 45%, the content of sepiolite fiber is 6% and the content of redispersible latex powder is 1.2%, the overall performance of the thermal insulation material is excellent. The thermal conductivity Is 0.079W / (mK), compressive strength and bond strength are 2.0 MPa and 0.23 MPa, respectively. The calculation shows that the material is suitable for thermal insulation of aqueduct with a thickness of 3 cm.
